Before applying, please review the eligibility requirements specific to your chosen program. You can find detailed criteria on the university website under each program's section.

To Register :

  • Visit the ERP portal link provided by the university.
  • Click on "New Registration" and fill in the require detail like name, emai ID, mobile number, and other information.
  • Verify your email/mobile through OTP.

The commonly required documents include :

  • High school/Intermediate certificates on transcripts
  • Recent passport-size photoghrap
  • Signature in JEPG/PNG format
  • Government ID(Aadhaar card/passport)
  • Category certificate(if applicable)
  • Other program-specific documents
Ensure these documents are scanned and ready in the prescribed format before starting the application.

If you encounter issues while uploading documents :

  • Check the file size and format(usually JEPG/PNG/PDF).
  • Ensure your internet connection is stable.
  • Try using a different browser or device.
  • If the problem presists, contact technical support.

  • Check if the portal always allows a "correction window" for updates.
  • Contact the admission office for guidance on correcting any mistakes.

If you don't receive the OTP :

  • Check your network connection or switch to another device.
  • Ensure that your phone number/email is correctly entered.
  • Resend the OTP after a few mintues.
  • If the issue persists,contact the technical support team.

You can pay the fee using online payment methods such as:

  • Credit/Debit Card.
  • Net Banking.
  • UPI after successful payment, make sure to download the fee receipt for future reference.

If your payment fails :

  • Wait for 24 hours to check if the payment is updated in the system.
  • If not,try making the payment again using another method.
  • If money was deducted without confirmation, contact your bank and the university's support team.

In most cases, separate applications are required for different programs. However, check with the sepecific university guidelines, as some may allow multiple applications within a single form.

One the form is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS. You can also check the status of your application by logging into your ERP portal dashboard.

You can track your application status by:

  • Logging into the ERP portal with your credentials.
  • Navigating to the "Applications Status" section for real-time updates.

If you experience slow loading or downtime:

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.
  • Switch to another browser or device.
  • Try accessing the portal during non-peak hours.

The university will send you a confirmation message once your documents are verified. You can also check the status in the ERP portal under the "Documents Verification" section.

The deadlines for application submission vary by program. Check the university's official admission page for important dates, or stay updated through notification in your ERP portal.

If you face any issues, contact:

  • The technical support team for ERP related porblems(via the portal's helpdesk or university helpline)
  • The admission office for admission-related queries

To cancel your application or withdraw, contact the admissions office through the provided channels on the ERP portal or by email. Follow the university's policy on refund and cancellation.
